The series of processes from which a silkworm cocoon becomes silk is expressed as a media installation. In the installation, which symbolizes a loom that reveals the sincerity and patience of women of old, it is similar to the sound of rain, but the sound of silkworms gnawing on mulberry leaves, ‘thread’ and ‘silk fabric’ made by thousands of silkworms, and projection light meet. Through this, it conveys the afterimage of the farming culture that continued from nature to life
