In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Jeju Contemporary Art Museum, the curated exhibition titled “Land of Myths, Embracing Nature and Spirit” presents a contemporary interpretation of Jeju’s traditional myths through vibrant and modern installation art, allowing visitors to intimately and vividly experience the rich folklore of Jeju Island. This exhibition features six distinctive installation spaces, including Seocheon Flower Field, Dokkaebi Valley, Windy Cape, Dangcle Palace, Miyeoji Backyard, and Rainbow Hill, each encapsulating the heartfelt messages of ancient Jeju Islanders as they gazed upon nature with their hearts.
